We're looking for a non-smoker who's not allergic to cats and who is a bit house proud; someone who is prepared to do their share to keep the place clean and tidy. $200 includes electricity, water, gas, and unlimited wifi.
It's a three bedroom house halfway between Surrey Hills and Mont Albert railway stations - a 20 min walk; there?s also a bus stop a few metres from the house. Box Hill shopping precinct (a four minute drive) has lots of Asian restaurants and cheap food and Box Hill swimming pool and gym are just across the road.
It's a fully furnished house with polished floorboards throughout, the lounge room is large and there?s a separate dining area between it and the kitchen.
Hoping to start a bit of a veggie garden soon.
The 19 year old is a uni student who is focussed on her studies and the 59 year old is a jack of all trades but a master of none who's widely travelled.
